By paying a small monthly fee of $99 you'll receive 100% commission on all sales, rentals, and commercial deals you do allowing you to save more money which will allows you to get you more clients.

We support our agents through direct one on one calls when needed. We also produce a weekly training video that goes over all the questions we receive throughout the week as well as any National or TREC rules and regulation changes.

Our shop concept allows you to obtain a retail space by recruiting just 20 agents. Our $99 a month fee allows you to charge any split you want with any member of your team and change it at any time without any fees.

Grow a Team

Our $99 a month model allows you to grow or bring your existing team to Encore. For example if you have a 5 person team at another brokerage, who charges a 15% split and a $12,000 cap per agent and if each member of your team sell 5 houses a year at $300,000 your team would pay $60,000 in fees. At Encore, your team would only pay $6,000 a year saving your team $54,000 a year.
